I called ahead 30 minutes and I was assured I could be seen so I arrived 30 minutes later just to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room!

The first stylist argued with me about how to do my color for 20 minutes only telling me that she CAN'T do that, never saying what she could do. The first stylist then told me she was off work soon and had important things to do so she couldn't dye my hair.

She told me she was going to have someone else do my color and she would explain what I wanted. I showed the second stylist pictures of the vibrant red color I wanted. This stylist took 15 minutes just to mix my color up before returning.

Another 2 and a half hours, and 107 dollars later, my color was done and it was 3 shades too dark and it was PURPLE!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $107.

Preferred solution: I want my full 107.00 refunded and I want a free appointment to get my hair fixed!.

If the second stylist is off work she needs to go home to her family. Obviously with your attitude your family does not want you.

(They probably would write a thank you review to Supercuts for making you wait longer because that is less time they have to put up with you.) They probably messed with your hair because of the *** you were behaving like to teach you a lesson.

Imagine having to wait for them to be done with others. Next time don't forget your crown at home your majesty so that you can demand they stop helping other customers who are already in process of having their hair done and then they can help you.

I don't get what your problem is, they told you they couldn't do the color for you. Your hair is probably darker than what you wanted, they can't do on the scalp bleach, so lightening your ha ir is out of the question.

They get paid hourly, meaning they are scheduled to be there so they can't be told to stay beyond their scheduled time. To top it off, if it were me and you tried to argue with me about hair, I wouldn't want to do it either.

She thinks she is some sort of princess and should get special treatment, that is what the case is about, she did not get special treatment.

As a stylist at Supercuts we don't get paid commission. We actually lose money doing color because we miss the walk-ins that come in while we doing your hair.

And the people who get color done usually *** tippers.

Keep in mind we are hourly not commissioned so there is no point in staying past our scheduled time to do your color. And quite frankly, we are not allowed to!
