Unhappy with service

Waited for someone to help me. I went with my mother, she got her hair cut, but when it was my turn...the lady said sorry but the next appointment had arrived and I'd have to wait till someone else came in to work...I was never told she was waiting for another appointment, I was to be next....my mom and I signed in at the same time...this was the Callaway. Fl store. I have been having my hair cut there for years...but never again...I will let others know of the service and how I was treated....

I tried to make an appointment on 11/12. When I called a woman answered and sounded a bit confused.

I ask for an appointment with my usual stylist and she said that the stylist was all booked up. I thought that strange but I let it go. Calling the next day I talked to another woman and was able to make an 11:00 am appointment. That being said when I came in for my haircut my stylist could not find me in the computer.

It was then that I learned that Super Cuts was using an off site service to do their scheduling. As I discussed this with my stylist she informed me that she had quite a bit of open time in her book the previous day.

I appears that there are flaws in the new booking system. I`m sure that they had there reasons for initiating this. Probably some bright new PR whiz`s idea.

But what its actually doing is depriving the customer of service as well as costing the workers $$ that they are probably not even aware of. There seemed to be a lot of confusion caused by this new system and they really need to iron out the bugs before they lose business and stylists.

Nobody answering in Capitola Supercuts

I have been calling the Supercuts in Capitola Ca for weeks and nobody answers. I'm very busy and dont have tons of time to always drive to see how long it will take to get a cut. Is that store still operational?

I’ve been going to Supercuts for years. When I went gray I started dying my hair to cover the gray. Supercuts did a great job for about $55. I just have them cover my gray near my face. Super easy to color. Took a few times to get the color I wanted. Today I was told prices went up to $79 with a blow dry included. I don’t want a blow dry and I’m not pleased paying so much more. I’ll probably go to a regular salon for coloring since the price increase. So sad. Please let the customer decide if they want to pay more for extra services.

I went in to get a stacked haircut I asked the receptionist if she had anyone that knew how to do a stacked haircut she put me wit h someone but she did not know what the heck she was doing and the said put i gave her 2 chances because i left and came back in. I just going to give a good word of advice if you don't know what you doing don't do it because once the hair is off it's off and you cannot glue it back on. It a technique to stacking hair.go to hair show and learn of look at it free on youbtube.

I called back to say I was charged for something I was not told Costa extra and he said what do you expect a braid for free? I said I won’t be coming back, he said good I’m glad you won’t be coming back and hung up on me!!! Unreal how this world is so rude!! Getting Frustrated

I frequent this establishment every 4 to 5 weeks for a haircut, and 90 percent of the times it's cash only. When I ask the employee what's the reason for this, they don't have a clue, other than the response that there is an atm machine next door. I don't have a problem with this other than the $3 charge I get for using another bank's atm. This is a bad business practice and bad customer service. I will have to reassess my need for my haircuts at Supercuts.

Supercuts with my… 10/11/2019 I went to Supercuts with my daughter. The stylist was a very nice person, she did great highlights at my daughter’s hair, but I also payed for straighter dry. She can not use straighter iron. I had to redo it at home. Also I did color my roots with straighter iron dry. She couldn’t do either. My hair ( which I dye blonde ) ame out like a light brown. I had to buy L’Oréal excellence 10 and did myself, which turned up great. Also again the straighter iron, she couldn’t do it. Was horrible. I end up paying almost $200 for a really crap job. This one is located in largo florida.

The girl that cut my hair had no idea how to cut hair. Unfortunately I now need a military buzz cut to fix my hair. I look *** bald. I look horrible and I am going to let my 10k followers on Twitter to know never to visit Supercuts in East Windsor NJ. There is never anyone in charge and the franchise owner could give a crap. I will be responsible for a 25% decrease in sales of the next 3 months. The franchise owner will care with a 25% decrease in sales. I felt like a piece of crap the way that I was treated especially when I was so upset. All the men in my family are bald, I was lucky enough to to avoid their fate until now I am *** bald!

Hidden charge

I have been a customer for years in this store at North Andover. Usually I go there for cut, simple blow and simple wash. They charge me around $30.00(current price) plus tips. Today they suddenly charged me $39.00 plus tips with the same service. I asked them the price increases again? they told to me since they cut longer than usual time(exact same service: cut, simple blow and simple wash as before). I were shocked. I check their prices both online and on store price list. None of these kind of service and extra charge. The over time charge should be on the table instead of giving customers surprise!!! the stylist said maybe we chatted longer(I know this stylist and use her or years.) As usually since we know each other, we always talked when she cut for me . Thought I will use this stylist , I will warn them/her next time, just service without chatting and talking during her service. This is the first time I heard . have you heard this ? I want to know if you hire a slow stylist with the same service, customers will get more charge? be careful about their hidden charge thanks roseanne
