Customer Caveat
I tried to make an appointment on 11/12. When I called a woman answered and sounded a bit confused.
I ask for an appointment with my usual stylist and she said that the stylist was all booked up. I thought that strange but I let it go. Calling the next day I talked to another woman and was able to make an 11:00 am appointment. That being said when I came in for my haircut my stylist could not find me in the computer.
It was then that I learned that Super Cuts was using an off site service to do their scheduling. As I discussed this with my stylist she informed me that she had quite a bit of open time in her book the previous day.
I appears that there are flaws in the new booking system. I`m sure that they had there reasons for initiating this. Probably some bright new PR whiz`s idea.
But what its actually doing is depriving the customer of service as well as costing the workers $$ that they are probably not even aware of. There seemed to be a lot of confusion caused by this new system and they really need to iron out the bugs before they lose business and stylists.
