I had a horrible experience with my daughter today at Super cuts in Ramona, CA. She had her hair cut two days ago but we didn't like it so we went back today to fix it. We were very clear we wanted about half an inch shorter but she decided to cut like 7 inches!!!!! She is 8 years old. My other daughter noticed and said wow! That is too short! The woman who was cutting her hair got mad and told my 10 year old daughter to get out of the salon!! I told her you are unrespecting us. She became very mad. I decided to go and ask for my money back they didn't give me back the 5 dollar tip, only the $16 of te hair cut, the problem is now her hair is messed up. I have to go somewhere else to fix it and it will take years to grow!!! She is constantly crying . No fair!!!!

I went into SUPER CUTS in Belleville, IL. today, July 8, 2015 on Greenmount Commons Asked for someone named Bridgette , been there for 6 yr's , I figured she had the experience so I told her that I wanted an undercut, I let my hair grow out , started looking good, then i sat in her chair, told her i only wanted a half inch cut on the sides, she in return said thats all she took off , I said see the picture on your vanity ? She said yes and i said thats what i wanted, she hurried me out of the chair real fast. I was there for less than 10 minutes. She didn't blow dry my hair or offer to style it. I asked her where she went to school and I knew then why she didn;'t know what she was doing Want a wack job ? Go to Bridgette in Belleville, IL. I went to school for cosmetology, I know . I'am the kind of person that feels right by leaving a tip and even gave her a 5.00 one. NO MORE BRIDGETTS !!!

I recieved a call from the district manager named Payden, she was suppose to call the Head Office to send the refund, of the amount of 20.00. Never received it, Called the Head office, they said that they would contact her. Nothing.

Visited Supercuts Naples FL in the Strand, was turned away even though there was another hour until closing. Was told they were very busy and I should have booked an online appt. (why does it say "walk-ins welcome")? This has happened numerous times and I can't say they were particularly apologetic or kind about turning away customers. You are made to feel like an intruder in their salon.

Dana was the "stylist with the worst attitude I've ever encountered. From the very get go from the very get go" Should have hot our local par exsalonce as planned but we were desperate. Dana was brash, rude, didn't smile, didn't welcome us, talked back, told me to leave while she attempted to was my 13 year olds daughter with signing nothing until I said something. Dana (last name unknown at this point until I speak with MGR MEGAN AND OWNER VINCE) only then to move on to Supercuts CORPORATE ABOUT this harsh employee DANA.

I refused to have her service my child and the other lady waxed her eyebrows. Suzi was kind but ruined her brows.

Sorry DANA @75TH AND METCALF IN OP KS THAT I "GAVE YOU AN ANXIETY ATTACK" Now that's what I call excellent customer care. I hate for anyone to be jobless, but you deserve to be terminated.

Kayla Robinson did this to my hair less than 24 hours ago, I wanted it fixed or a refund I received nothing but she did her best. She should not be doing highlights to anyone. I will be opening a lawsuit to get my money back.

The highlighting job wasn't done correctly and that is the stylists fault.

The bad dye job was most likely the consumers fault.

Assumed.

The fact that the stylist should have addressed the bad dye job with the consumer before doing the highlighting service is the stylists fault. But this is the assumption maybe they did?

If the consumer disregarded the professionally offered advice than it is the consumers fault.... this is a fact that wasn't mentioned. Assumed.

Often consumers have a lack of knowledge which is why we have the license and charge for the service.

It might well be that the stylist did broach this but the consumer refused additional services that have additional costs.

Regardless, the manager should offer a redo because the end result is not great.

They may have to charge the client to redo part of the service to make the other part right....might not be worth all the additional liability. It is an additional risk to overprocess hair....this outcome would be much more negative than a bad highlight service.

Yea, I'm not even a professional & I can plainly see that the highlights aren't done properly. They threw a bunch of blonde highlighting dye at the top & not enough down to the ends.

Wow, I'd be so pissed if I had to pay for that! So sorry.

Anyone saying that it's not bad is completely wrong. I am a hair stylist.

If you look at the root/part line, you can see the lightener was applied with a heavy hand at the roots.

It spread, causing lots of big blonde spots. It should have been fixed.

It came out that way because you box dyed your hair a couple hundred times and had a lot of new growth before going to get highlights put in. You should have paid a little extra to get your base color evened out and a toner. -color specialist

Now, I as a color specialist for a very well known company, can say that you are incorrect anonymous and that came out that way because the part was correct, too much hair was pulled through, it was left on too long on top and not long enough on the bottom, because even if she had used box color the stylist should have seen the irregularities of the colors. The cut makes it look worse. I would demand my money back.

I called to ask for a balance on my card, and Jen was VERY rude and hung up on me 3 times. She would not give me the Corporate Office 's phone #. She would not give me the District Managers name. I had to call another Super Cut to get my questions answered. She said I just called, and then hung up. When I called back, I said that was my spouse who did not have the correct gift card #. She refused to do it and hung up. I called a third time and she said she did not know how. She refused to give me Corporate Office phone number or District Managers name.

Disgusted with the service I just received at supercuts in Westfield Shepherd's Bush . I waited 1 hour and 20 mins for a dry cut and when it came to my turn the lady said she could only take one inch off from the back and could not trim the front or sides as I wasn't washing my hair !!!! I was not told that at reception !!!!! She wouldn't take any more then an inch off !!!! Absolutely disgusted with the *** service and *** rules !!!!!!

I came into supercut on Monday for skin test I said to the hairdresser will it be ok 4 wen too come back 4 cut and dye. Hairdresser said said yes come 1st thing. So wen 23rd July I came back took seat and got told the red I ask for she never had. So I ask if she did mind getting it from shop up the rd 4 me.hairdresser said I cud try.so I they never had any.so I said I be happy to have darker. Hairdresser said l got the brown .take seat I be with you.after hour off waiting with my 4 year boy she now said.she got no brown. I was very upset I been there altogether 2 hours off messing around and just had a haircut and still paying full price.which I think with all the messing around and waiting I should not had to pay full price. Supercuts doesn't take appointments. The app only puts you in line.

It is not a guarantee for a specific time. For example, you use the app to put yourself in for 2pm and it is now 1:45pm. If your stylist doesn't have a client and another person walks in @ 1:45, that person has to be taken. The stylist doesn't know what the client wants until asked.

The 1:45 could say I want color and a blow dry.

That service then has to be performed and will take about 2 hours, meaning you will not see your stylist at 2pm. The ads for the

app about "skip the wait" are just not true, but Supercuts won't tell you that.

same thing happened to me. So the next time I made an online appt.

for 4:30 pm. and had confirmation.

However, as I was pulling into the parking lot they called me and said they couldn't except my appointment because they were currently doing 2 haircuts and they closed at 5:00. Needless to say I let the woman know I was right outside and very disappointed not to mention inconvenienced, but that didn't matter to her she refused to honor my appt.

I went to get my hair cut(trimmed) at Supercuts. The "stylist asked me what I wanted, I explained to her I wanted a trim, it needed to be layered and the front feathered back. She cut around the top of my head, like there was a bowl on it. I asked her what she was doing, explained to her that it needed to be layered, I pushed the hair hanging in the front back and said this needs to go back like this. She asked if I wanted it around my ear, I said yes back like this. She brushed my hair straight down and cut out the shape of my ear. I screamed, what the *** are you doing? The other woman in the shop came over and "fixed" it...I had a wedding this weekend that I am now not attending, I don't want to leave the house with my hair looking like this. I was butchered, and the response from the manager ther? It's only hair, it will grow out
