I signed up for SuperCuts Unlimited Plan. $21.99/month, debited from my Chase credit card.

They billed me for 8 months, then on two separate visits, told me I was two months delinquent. They didn't auto-debit me, not my doing. On the second visit, when I was told again that my account was delinquent, they said they couldn't call corporate(it was a Saturday) and I would have to pay full price if I wanted a haircut that day.

I called Chase, and SuperCuts hadn't billed me, and there were no rejected auto-debits. I told them that, and walked out, frustrated.

I returned home & went to my Supercuts location only to find that my location was no longer open? Didn't see information nor receive any information regarding the closing of my location. I contacted one of the local Supercuts store & the person that answered the call provided the location of the Stylist I've been going to for over 3 1/2 years now. I wish l had the name of the Lady that helped me but l am very grateful - Thank you!

I was contacted by the area manager and told that I could go to another Supercuts and they would fix my haircut at no charge. I went to the one that she suggested on military Road in Niagara Falls and Christina fix my hair and I am very happy now.
