Total disaster

I have been going to Super Cut for years, On Monday I went there with the hair touching the shoulders in layers, I told Marta, never saw her before, I want one inch off of every layer, she showed to me the inch she was going to cut, perfect, then she started cutting the back and when she came to the front I have the hairstyle of almost a man, I said "omg its so short" and she said "I did what you told me" and on top of that a really bad cut. i am senior and never in my life I got such a short hair cut, my hair was beautiful and curly.

I was so confused that I paid $25 for the haircut and left her $1 tip. My neighbors cannot believe what she did to me and my hair.

Her name is Marta and when I called yesterday to give a complaint to the Manager.I was told she is the Manager. Thank you for contacting me.

No one to talk to.

They just kept telling me to fill out a form. I kept going back to google to see if I could connect with someone at Super Cuts. Believe google said they are Regis???

Disgusting day

I never had a bad experience like I did this passed Sunday. This hairstylist Marie didn't even acknowledge me being my sons parent.

Made the decision herself as if it was her child. Second discriminating my son sensuality. Also, not informing my son how much she was going to cut. It was a shocking disgusting day.

The worst I may say. She didn't even apologies for the damage she caused or even acknowledge what she did. She just stared like she did nothing wrong.

. I left and made my complaint to the manager, sent an email to customer service in regards to the bad service received

I returned home & went to my Supercuts location only to find that my location was no longer open? Didn't see information nor receive any information regarding the closing of my location. I contacted one of the local Supercuts store & the person that answered the call provided the location of the Stylist I've been going to for over 3 1/2 years now. I wish l had the name of the Lady that helped me but l am very grateful - Thank you!

I was contacted by the area manager and told that I could go to another Supercuts and they would fix my haircut at no charge. I went to the one that she suggested on military Road in Niagara Falls and Christina fix my hair and I am very happy now.
