I went to Supercuts in Henderson yesterday to get a haircut and everything started out fine and normal I saw someone else there that I havent seen in a long while and I had a conversation with her before I got my haircut. The lady seemed nice enough but when she started cutting my hair I told her I want my sides to be a trimmed back to a one and a trim on topshe turned the chair sideways from the mirror and I wasnt seeing what she was doing with my hair..I didnt think much of it but when I was turned to the mirror I saw she hacked most of hair off and there was some spots that was almost bald theres a unexplainable line going across the top of my head and everything was poorly cut not neatly done.i was in shock of what I saw she hacked my hair up ..

OMG I had no idea that this is what she was doing to my hair.. finally she got the manger to help out and try to fix the disaster that she caused but its still looks absolutely terrible..I came for a trim and now the best thing to do is shave my head and start again

I went into the store to discuss a price discrepancy and an employee ran the vacuum right in front of me while I was talking then threatened to call the cops. I was just asking about a dry trim I received for $10 then 3 weeks later a dry trim went to $25. I had a right to know what the price difference was about. Nope I got threatened to have the police called on me!? Why? Check the surveillance video.

Bad haircut

This is the second time supercuts has destroyed my hair. One was in Saratoga and tllhe second was Queensbury. I went in with a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like but apparently the stylist didn't understand, so she chopped my hair off...four inches gone and that can't be fixed. There was no style and I still can't make sense out of what she did to my bangs. Please don't go to this establishment.

Phoenix Was my tech I ask for 1 inch off, layered Wet cut She reached for her clippers and cut the bottom part of my hair. Then a little water on the top at back nothing at front Dry hair was falling in my face I've had a wet cut since I was 17 yrs old . I'm 70 now She didn't listen to me After I was through she got really loud with next customer and Employee's seem to run rapid in this location on University in Denton TX I want an apology from your company and her Pissed of customer she will never touch my hair again

I made a 1pm check in online with a specific hairdresser I walk in the door at 1259 and another person walked in with me, and my hairdresser took that person first before me I have going to this location and the same hairdresser for 7 yrs now, that really ticked me off.. I will never go back to Super cuts again..

Online booking complaint

I booked an appointment online at my local Supercuts location and they triple booked the appointment time when theres only one employee working. This is happened to me several times and caused me to miss another appointment I have made. The online booking should be store specific and each individual store should be able to control the online booking.

Extremely bad customer service

I went to discuss a price differential and was told to leave or they would call the police. I was charged $10 for a dry cut. I was charged $ 25 a montn later for another dry cut. I simply went to ask why and an employee told me to get out or she would call the cops. I dont understand why I was treated that way over a simple question. I need to speak to someone please. I feel very distraught over this whole situation

super cuts When I got my hair cut and dye on my hair they dyed my neck and whole forehead and I had a wedding dinner the same night I explained over and over to please get it off I had very important dinner. Also the woman shampooing my hair was rude and overcharged me and told me to shut up stop talking .

They all ignored me. Also the district manager Jason eased dropped on my five second personal phone call where I had mentioned I could get streaks in my hair from someone but they couldn't ...I guess that offended him...and decided to bring it up when I called to say they dyed my forehead abused his sense of power and hung up on me I wasn't being irrational at all. I am very disappointed.I couldn't even take pictures of my engagement party.

I'm mortified and the dye is already coming out completely. 125 $ I gave her 20$ cause that's the person I am ...

I usually have never complained like this but I am saddened and hurt I just wanted some professionalism as I've been in costumer service and retail for 25 years.

And I have been kind and professional even if a costumer complains.
