Pathetic service

checked in on line at 11 this morning 8/4/2022 still waited for 45 min. and walked out...seems friends of the so called stylists are more of a priority I said to the spanish girl I have been waiting since 11:10 ,,,sorry they were here from 10!! 10 !! really...never again

You folks need ADA hair wash sinks

I would like to see ADA hair washing sinks installed into your facilities. I am in a wheelchair and would love to be able to transfer to a power reclining shampoo chair. This would benefit BOTH men and women. It would be a great edge on your competitors if you did this also. Right now I have to wash my hair at home and arrive to the salon if I can before it dries.

Visited Leicester highcross store. Only 1 person working there.Was told I could be put on a waiting list and sent a text message when a slot was available. I don't want to be walking around for hours waiting for a text message. This is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service here. Avoid at all costs.

The people that work there are rude , they talk about how they want to sit and *** while tco worker puts her faults teeth in

They talk about how they want to watch a co worker puts her teeth in , they all have horrible manners towards all the cushions.bad service and business.i will not go there again.
