Verified Reviewer |I got bleach and dye all over my skin from getting my hair bleached at the place. It got all over my face all over my shirt ruined my shirt. That’s why I’m giving a review.
Not resolved they didn’t replace my shirt they didn’t give me free haircuts for life they didn’t reimburse me the total I amount I spent I still have stains on my face my shoes are ruined still waiting for resolution
They stained my skin terribly with bleach and dye all over my skin. I'm still struggling to get the black off my hands, ears, and face this morning - it's totally unacceptable. They also ruined my shirt. I had a brand new shirt worth $300 that they ruined.
I'm seriously upset and thinking about hiring an attorney. This is ridiculous. I have stains all over my forehead, face, ears - this is insane. I was coughing and felt nauseous all night from the situation because there was dye entering my lungs.
I unfortunately swallowed a little bit because it was in my mouth. It was the worst experience I've ever had getting my hair bleached and dyed, and I've definitely gone through this process several times in my life. This has been the worst experience thus far. Please save your money and do not go to the Scottsdale store.
They don't know how to properly bleach and dye hair; it's all they should be doing. They should have a rule that they're not allowed to bleach or dye anyone's hair ever again. This is crazy. The people, including the manager at the store, were nice – but it's because they knew they messed up.
They knew they made a mistake, and I'm hoping the corporate office will contact me today, work something out, reimburse me $300 for my shirt, and in addition, offer me free haircuts either for life or for a year or a couple of sessions. I'm also hoping they'll give me a full refund for last night's episode because it was totally wrong, unacceptable, and unprofessional with the way things got all over my skin, shirt, and hands.
- Great haircuts
Preferred solution: Full refund

Canceled and still charged
Cancelled more than 2 months ago and I've been charged for the last two months. Tried to call customer service to get this taken care of and was immediately put on a line for voicemail with no human to talk to.
Preferred solution: Full refund
She ruined my hair
I told her to leave the back long and trim the sides. She chopped off the length did nothing to fix the sides and left me looking like an absolute idiot.
I have a wedding in 3 days and I look horrible.
I want a full refund. I may sue for this.

Verified ReviewerYou suck
I emailed them and they of course denied responsibility. Told me they didn’t own that Super cuts and the actual owner would reach out to me. They failed to do that
They won't take my Supercuts gift cards. There are zero restrictions.
The girl that took one, they made her pay.
Of course, I paid her back. The owner still won't contact me like they said they would on your page.
- Lady that took my coupon was very nice
- Owner will not contact me as instructed

Verified ReviewerThey suck
I went to Supercuts at 1800 S Yale in Tulsa. I tried to use a free Supercuts coupon I won in a charity raffle.
There are no restrictions on the coupon. They made the poor stylist pay them back. For shame.
I reimbursed her. The franchise owner was supposed to contact me Monday, and I have not heard anything.
- Stylist was nice
- Wont take a voucher for a haircut they donated to a charity
Preferred solution: Full refund

I had my hair colored at the Newburyport salon on June 20, and a week later, I had gray going down my front and in the back. I have contacted the store three times and never received a message back.
I'm not happy; I would like to have a refund. I used a $100 gift card from the salon.
Gift certificate bslance
No answer. Told to handle it elsewhere.
Poor to no corporate service. Will use up the gift certificate and start going elsewhere.
- Great people in salon
- Lousy corporate customer service
Preferred solution: Balance of gift certificate

Verified ReviewerResolved: Rudeness
Went for a haircut and had my service dog with me. Not even in the door and the black lady asked me if she had on a service vest; she did not.
I was told she had to have one on; it was state law.
The windows do not say only service animals allowed. Nothing is displayed.
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
Great people. Love the fact that my grandson can walk in and sign in by himself.
I sent my 10 year old grandson while I parked. He was so happy he could walking in and they treated him like a grown-up.
He was able to tell them exactly what he wanted.

Verified ReviewerAppt misleading
Made an appointment online with Supercuts, went and waited for 40 minutes, and they told me they had to work me in because they had their own clients. Since any available person would not slot me into the appointment system, when I went in, they told me they would work my way in, but they had four or five clients ahead of me. Because they had their own clientele, I could not get services.

Verified Reviewer |Poor treatment at salon
The manager cut my daughter's hair and rushed us out of the salon due to an influx of clients. Upon returning home, we noticed the cut was uneven.
When we called the store manager to complain, we found out that they were the one who cut her hair. The manager yelled at me and hung up the phone, saying that I wasn't a hairdresser and that was what we asked for.
- Unskilled hairdressers
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Avoid this store
Bad service like usual
Today being no exception to our usual disappointment was your red haired stylist. Said she couldn't make us an appointment because they don't do that.
Then some random lady walks in and the redheaded stylist says that she has an appointment. You can't say you do not make appointments and then announce that you have an appointment. It will anger your customers and make you look bad.
I'll take my son to SportsClips where we are treated like valued customers in the future. This is the absolute last time we will ever give SuperCuts a chance.
User's recommendation: Go elsewhere
Supercuts does not have a friendly envoirment and does not listen to a customers request on a Haircut
This older woman that cut my hair at the Super Cuts Outlet was very hostile about my request on the haircut, I showed her a picture of an example of the haircut that might work out for me, she told me the haircut in the picture would never work out because the picture represented a different type of person in structure of face and eyes. She cut off my hair with a razor shaped tool, like a man's razor's tool, quickly within 23 minutes she had cut off more than 12 inches of my hair constantly repeating, meaning to chop all my hair which is what she did, in my request about my structure of my face and eyes, was to at least leave 23 inches of my hair in tack, for me to work with my hair, and only to cut off the dry ends of my hair, with this anxiety iI saw in this woman, she just keeps cutting, chopping off all my hair as quickly as she could, using several cutting tools then stops to shape the back asking me again how I wanted my hair I told here again to leave some inches in the back, then as she continued she left me hair less with than 1/4 of inches.
There was no hair left to touch or grab, basically left me bald without a hair cut shaped just left me bald and expected me to be happy, I paid the bill, and I was afraid of her, so I left her a small tip and ran out of this Supercut Outlet as fast as could. She was abrasive and ready to laugh at me, I didn't want to look at her face, as she was expecting some sort of grateful thank you, about this haircut experience, so I just ran out quickly.
User's recommendation: Never let a Haircutter do what they want with your hair Hair is expensive to have, tell them to stop or just get up and leave and have someone that listen do your hair.
Cover of gray hair became a night mare
Supercuts in college, I came in with nice brown hair, looking for gray coverage on my roots only. Complete nightmare—my whole hair is pure black. I'm demanding not only my mother back but also the service I requested.

Verified ReviewerWhat's the point of a quere
I don't understand what the point of registering online and being placed in a queue is if they're going to move their favorite customers around in the queue to give them special treatment. I was at the SC on East Battlefield with one of my foster daughters to get our haircuts.
We were next up in the queue.
In walks a woman that they moved to the front of the queue, and we ended up waiting for 45 minutes until I was frustrated enough to leave. You need to tell those girls, 'Awesome customer service; they deserve every bit of the $0 I will ever give that place for the rest of the short time they stay open.
