I just brought my daughter do have her hair and the hairdresser chopped my daughters hair. I called the salon and I believe she gave me a friends number to call. Please contact me I would like a refund please.

Omigod my hair is worse than you daughters. Did you get a refund? This is the worse place ever.

Extremely rude unhelpful individuals

I called and asked for the name of the person to whom I was speaking to at the location on Custer road in Richardson Texas. He refused to give me his name and hung up on me. I called back and a female individual answered. When I asked for the name of the male individual who hung up on me, she suggested I call back the following day. Why is it inappropriate for me to know the name of the individual to whom I am speaking and why was I treateddon't in this manner????

I need a refund

I pay monthly to get unlimited haircuts and when I went to a Supercuts I had to pay full price for a haircut because they didnt know how to get information or they said the haircut unlimited doesnt work at all locations but I didnt know that so Im wondering whats going on and why I had to pay when I already pay for a limited haircut

Covid question

Covid question I see a sign that says according to CDC guidelines people who are fully vaccinated do not have to wear a mask. People who are not vaccinated are required to wear a mask. Does this mean that workers that are not wearing a mask are fully vaccinated? Thank you

Can’t afford once a month

How about we 1st start with the fact that you provide a number for customer care and that number simply directs you to go to a website?? are you kidding me?? that is such a *** move..so basically, in order to have the privilege of speaking with someone, you demand all of that person's private information so you can then take their personal information and then profit off of it...someone needs to call me..508 409 ****..

The stylist didn't consult with me, he just started chopping my hair to pieces. Its just horrible. This will put me back a year or more. I've been growing my hair for 4 years and Troy Williams destroyed it. He needs to be fired for this. He is the worse stylist I've ever seen. Im in tears over this.

But the other one in Mays Landing you don’t have to wear a mask.

You have a Mays Landing NJ store land a Somers Point store where you have to wear a mask in one but not the other. The one in Somers Point is the only business you have to wear a mask.

If they want you to wear a mask, wear it. You don't question when a sign says shoes and shirts required.

If you can't handle it..

Horrible service

I have been a loyal customer for sixteen years at your location on FM 1960 and Champions Forest in Houston. Today I went to the shop for a haircut and was told the wait was 45 minutes. That was okay by me but after waiting for about 40 minutes one of your employees put a walk-in in front of me. He had no appointment but he was clearly an acquaintance of your employee. Not a good way to do business and you have lost me as a customer.

Your charging me monthly when you shouldn't be charging me anything

Your charging me a reoccurring fee when I never signed on for it. I agreed to the initial three months. I have been getting charged regular price since then for my hair cuts only to find that you have been charging a monthly fee as well.

Bad service

I went to get a haircut at Supercuts at 10 this morning. I instructed the cosmetologist the I know my hair I've had it for 60 years and I would like her to completely soaked it in the sink first of all. Needless to say she refused. My haircut was done to her specifications not mine. Never asking me how I wanted the front cut she did not touch it. I walked out of the salon with my hair completely dry. When I asked for the guarantee the manager started yelling at me and telling me that I was not welcome to ever step into their facility again. I have been going to Supercuts for a while now and up until today I have had a good experience but if this is what the company has come to I'm appalled maNew management Manaemen
