Verified Reviewer |I got bleach and dye all over my skin from getting my hair bleached at the place. It got all over my face all over my shirt ruined my shirt. That’s why I’m giving a review.

The reason for my calls is because I had a bad experience yesterday at one of your locations where they left dye and bleach all over my skin and ruined my shirt. While I was leaving, I went to the Scottsdale location on Via Linda yesterday and I'm really upset.
They stained my skin terribly with bleach and dye all over my skin. I'm still struggling to get the black off my hands, ears, and face this morning - it's totally unacceptable. They also ruined my shirt. I had a brand new shirt worth $300 that they ruined.
I'm seriously upset and thinking about hiring an attorney. This is ridiculous. I have stains all over my forehead, face, ears - this is insane. I was coughing and felt nauseous all night from the situation because there was dye entering my lungs.
I unfortunately swallowed a little bit because it was in my mouth. It was the worst experience I've ever had getting my hair bleached and dyed, and I've definitely gone through this process several times in my life. This has been the worst experience thus far. Please save your money and do not go to the Scottsdale store.
They don't know how to properly bleach and dye hair; it's all they should be doing. They should have a rule that they're not allowed to bleach or dye anyone's hair ever again. This is crazy. The people, including the manager at the store, were nice – but it's because they knew they messed up.
They knew they made a mistake, and I'm hoping the corporate office will contact me today, work something out, reimburse me $300 for my shirt, and in addition, offer me free haircuts either for life or for a year or a couple of sessions. I'm also hoping they'll give me a full refund for last night's episode because it was totally wrong, unacceptable, and unprofessional with the way things got all over my skin, shirt, and hands.

Last Saturday, I got a haircut at the Hamden location. Kelsey was very nice and kind.
There was another girl who was very rude and obnoxious to me in front of other customers. She singled me out and humiliated me. I'm hurt and upset.

On June 17 I when supercut located in cranfort NJ. Nuvia was my stylish, she previously had done my highlights.
The first time did my highlights was not closed to the roots and she fix the issued with the manager help. The second time she did my hair was not an issued, but the 3rd time I want half of my hair but when home the color was very light not caramel the way I want. And also I only have highlights on the right side on my hair not even which is the normal highlights. I spoke to the manager of the location, she informed me that I have pay extra $40 for toner which I wasn't told previously.
The manager was very rude not professional at all. She didn't even saw my highlights to decide if was wrong or not. I decided to get in touch with owner of Supercut but he/she never call me back. Please don't go to cranfort supercut they are not professional.
You rather go to professional that they know what they are doing even if you have to pay extra money.
Now I have to pay extra money to get my hair fixed. Please don't go to supercut.

I went to have a few highlights and low lights in the crown of my hair and the hairdresser dyed my hair with permanent red dye without my permission. My hair fell out.
She was abusing me for 45 minutes while I sat there terrified. I said I wanted someone who is experienced with blondes and that I only wanted a few highlights because I didnt want to damage my hair, and put a few low lights in to give volume in the crown.She dyed my hair and did the entire head. I dont want to go into every detail but I would like to talk with someone. She was verbally abusive.
I have been a good customer for years of Supercuts for years. Ive never experienced anything so traumatic as this. The woman would not allow me to sit facing the mirror from the time I got there. The whole experience was abusive.
She was ranting and raving, and telling me I rejected her when I said this is red. She ranted at me for 45 minutes until I finally told her to stop abusing me and I was leaving I went to another hairdresser and bought a wig.
My hair fell out. Its so hard to explain in an email and I would really appreciate it if someone would call me at 575-808-****.Thank you

There was nobody to take my call I went there to get my hair on knotted. The woman had said that she would do it along with the manager.
They worked on me. They only made it worse each day that she was there for maybe a couple hours then I would see her three days later and it would only get worse because she wasnt doing it in one session and then I got a message that I was an inconvenience to the salon basically that they couldnt service other customers and make more money

I have no hair .
I wanted a #1 only on the sides, she said yes and used it all over.

Asked for 1 Inch off, got 3 inches off
I went in for a trim and asked for 1 inch of my hair. They ended up cutting off about 3 inches and giving me completely uneven layers. I went in for a trim and came out with a bob.

Inquiry about a store in Yuma AZ
Yuma AZ use to have a very busy Supercuts, but they recently closed. Then I received an invite to join a reward "club" at the previous location.
I was excited to think they had reopened and wanted to confirm before joining. Unfortunately, their customer service does not answer the phone or respond to chat questions.

I am being bullied by a coworker and the manager is taking her side because she is white.ai am a minority.She has changed mi hour's and days to accommodate her new white new worker and ignores mi concers and tells me if I don't get along with her she will cut mi hours.please help .There is a lot of girls quitting because of the manager.The other Manager Whitney also just sat there and let Kristy bully and harrass me around the salon while I keep asking her to leave me alone. Whitney just sat there and didn't ask her to stop.When I was asking for help.
So I had to call the cops. The manager Michelle asked me li leave even after I told her Kristy threatened me.Kept telling me to watch mi back.
B careful they working there.They allow being bullied. And will give you less hours if they don't like you.

Hair cut
I went in for a fade.
Size I blade on the side by my ears.
Told her a fade in the back.
I didn't think I had to tell her to use a #3, then #2,then a #1.
She used a #1 in the back,took all of my hair off and still wanted to do a fade.
How???

Two employees went out for a smoke break and subsequently accused a customer, my mother, of stealing. All she did was look at hair products and wanted to talk to an employee about them, possibly even to purchase, but no employees were to be found due to their smoke break.
When you have customers, this behavior is unacceptable. I don't think we will ever return to your company.

I already did it to this email and went I tried to send it I was told use email on record, I was answering you on the same email you sent me. Marta the Manager at Keystone Point Miami branch destroyed my hair, I wrote a long explanation I cannot do it again, its there maybe you can retrieve it.
I was so confused that I paid $25 for the haircut and left her $1 tip. My neighbors cannot believe what she did to me and my hair.
Her name is Marta and when I called yesterday to give a complaint to the Manager.I was told she is the Manager. Thank you for contacting me.

Why didn't you go somewhere that specializes in color? Supercuts is a discount brand and I would not go to them for anything but a trim. You could have/should have walked out.
