The receptionist was rude and my hair cut was bad. It was longer on one side than the other.

When I went to check my hair she said for me not to worry because she cut it the way I wanted. When I went hair I found that she never cut the bottom layer. You could tell where she stopped cutting. I wasn't going to go back to get them to fix it because I've done that before and I don't have the time to keep going back to have them "fix" another bad hair cut.

I've gone there before and thought I would give them another chance. This is the last time I will ever go there.

I guess you what you pay for. Inexpensive hair cut equals bad hair cut.

Actually, a haircut doesn't reflect the company. It reflects the hairstylist.

You got a bad hairstylist. You can't judge a whole company based on one piece of ***.

I disagree with you. Places like Supercuts pay the stylist about $8/hourly, so they depend on tips mainly. The only stylists I know of that would accept such an arrangement would be newbies and the mediocre.

That's not true. I work for Supercuts and I get paid $13 an hour.

Again. Judging the whole company when you know *** about nothing.
