Supercuts - Hairdresser Review
My husband made an appointment as the first person with Kim at the Merritt Island supercut. He arrived at his appointment 10 minutes early.Kim had taken a walk in despite knowing she had an appointment.
There were two other ,"stylists" there, each of them took walk ins who were in and out before Kim finished with her walk in. Neither of the other two employees offered to cut my husband's hair. When my husband spoke to one of the stylist's(one with long black hair) she called him childish for complaining about the service and the Salon's practices and the service he received.
My husband is 68 ,years old and this employee he guessed was 25. Needless to say, Supercut's has lost a customer.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
